Welcome to The Autism Consultant Membership. By purchasing, accessing, or participating in the membership, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before joining.

 

1. Membership Overview

 

The Autism Consultant Membership provides educational content and resources designed to support parents, caregivers, educators, and other individuals working with autistic children.

 

Membership may include, depending on the current membership offering:

 

•  Online courses and educational trainings
•  Potty training education and resources
•  Behavior and challenging behavior education
•  Live workshops and trainings
•  Workshop and training replays
•  Live Q&A sessions
•  Discussions and support
•  Downloadable educational resources
•  Other educational materials added to the membership over time

 

Membership content, benefits, and features may be updated, modified, added, or removed at any time.

 

2. Educational Purpose & Disclaimer

 

The Autism Consultant Membership is intended for educational and informational purposes only.

 

The information provided within the membership does not constitute medical, psychological, behavioral, legal, or other professional advice and is not intended to replace individualized evaluation, treatment, therapy, or guidance from a qualified professional.

 

Every child is different. Strategies that are appropriate for one child may not be appropriate for another.

 

You are responsible for determining whether and how any strategy, recommendation, or information applies to your child or situation. When appropriate, you should consult your child’s pediatrician, therapist, behavior analyst, occupational therapist, speech-language pathologist, or other qualified professional.

 

The Autism Consultant and its owner do not guarantee any particular outcome, result, or rate of progress from using the information provided through the membership.

 

3. Membership Payment & Billing

 

Membership is currently offered on a recurring subscription basis at the price displayed at checkout.

 

By joining, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the membership fee on a recurring basis until you cancel your membership. Members will be charged on the same calendar day of every month that the member originally subscribed. Shorter Months: If a customer joins on the 31st and the next month only has 30 days (or 28/29 days for February), Kajabi (the membership platform) typically charges on the final day of that shorter month.

 

You are responsible for maintaining accurate and current billing information.

 

If a monthly membership payment fails on Kajabi, the status changes to "Past Due," and the system enters a retry cycle. For Kajabi Payments, the system attempts to charge the card up to 4 times. If a retry succeeds, the status returns to "Active". If all retries fail, the subscription is canceled and product access is revoked automatically.

 

4. Cancellation

 

You may cancel your membership at any time. You can do this yourself on the membership platform under “billing” or email molly@theautismconsultant.us to request a cancellation. 

 

Cancellation prevents future recurring charges but does not result in a refund of a payment that has already been processed.

 

Membership fees are non-refundable.

 

If you cancel your membership, you will retain access through the end of your current paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

 

5. No Guarantees or Refunds Based on Results

 

Because individual results vary, dissatisfaction with progress or failure to achieve a particular outcome does not constitute grounds for a refund.

 

The membership provides education, resources, and support; it does not guarantee that a child will achieve a particular potty training, communication, behavioral, independence, or developmental outcome.

 

6. Intellectual Property

 

All content provided through The Autism Consultant Membership is owned by or licensed to The Autism Consultant and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

 

This includes, but is not limited to:

 

•  Videos
•  Courses
•  Workshops
•  Replays
•  PDFs
•  Worksheets
•  Graphics
•  Visual materials
•  Written content
•  Training materials
•  Downloadable resources
•  Templates
•  Community content created by The Autism Consultant
•  Branding, logos, and other materials

 

Your membership gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access and use the membership materials for your own personal or professional educational use, subject to these Terms.

 

7. Prohibited Use

 

You may not:

 

•  Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or republish membership materials
•  Sell or sublicense membership materials
•  Share your membership login with another person
•  Allow another person to access the membership through your account
•  Upload membership materials to another website, platform, group, or membership
•  Use membership materials to create a competing course, membership, or program
•  Remove copyright, branding, or ownership information
•  Claim membership materials as your own
•  Resell, reproduce, or distribute downloadable resources
•  Record, reproduce, or distribute live workshops or Q&A sessions without written permission
•  Share paid membership content publicly or in private groups outside the membership

 

Unauthorized sharing or distribution may result in immediate termination of your membership without refund.

 

8. Professional Use

 

Membership materials may be used by professionals for their own educational purposes and, where applicable, to inform their work with clients or students.

 

However, purchasing a membership does not give you permission to reproduce, distribute, sell, or provide the membership materials to your clients, students, coworkers, employees, or other third parties.

 

For example, you may use information you learn from the membership to inform your professional practice, but you may not distribute The Autism Consultant’s PDFs, videos, worksheets, or other proprietary materials as though they were your own resources.

 

9. Account Security

 

Your membership account is for your individual use only.

 

You are responsible for keeping your login information confidential and for all activity occurring under your account.

 

If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, please contact us as soon as possible.

 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in unauthorized sharing or misuse.

 

10. Community Guidelines

 

If your membership includes a discussion area, group, or other member interaction, you agree to participate respectfully.

 

You may not use the community to:

 

•  Harass, threaten, or intimidate another member
•  Discriminate against another person
•  Share another person’s private information without permission
•  Spam or solicit members
•  Promote competing products or services without permission
•  Provide dangerous or intentionally misleading advice
•  Share inappropriate or offensive content
•  Violate another member’s confidentiality

 

The Autism Consultant reserves the right to remove content or members who violate these guidelines.

 

11. Privacy & Confidentiality

 

Please do not share identifying information, photographs, medical records, or other private information about your child or another individual within the membership discussion area unless you have appropriate permission and understand the risks of sharing that information online.

 

You should avoid sharing information that could unnecessarily identify your child or family.

 

While we encourage a supportive community environment, we cannot guarantee that information shared within a private community will remain confidential.

 

12. Live Calls, Workshops & Q&A

 

Live calls, workshops, Q&A sessions, and other events may be recorded for replay and educational purposes.

 

By participating in a live session, you understand that your name, comments, questions, voice, or other participation may potentially appear in a recording.

 

You may choose not to participate verbally or on camera if you do not want your participation included in a recording.

 

Schedules for live events may change, and The Autism Consultant does not guarantee a specific number of live sessions during any particular month unless expressly stated in the current membership offer.

 

13. Membership Changes

 

The Autism Consultant reserves the right to modify, update, replace, or discontinue membership content, features, workshops, resources, community platforms, or other membership benefits.

 

We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice of significant changes when appropriate.

 

14. Termination

 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership if you:

 

•  Violate these Terms & Conditions
•  Share your account or login information
•  Copy or distribute membership materials without permission
•  Engage in abusive or inappropriate behavior
•  Attempt to circumvent payment or access restrictions
•  Otherwise misuse the membership

 

If your membership is terminated due to a violation of these Terms, you may lose access immediately and may not be entitled to a refund.

 

15. Technology & Access

 

We make reasonable efforts to keep the membership platform and its content available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

 

Access may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, platform outages, internet problems, or circumstances outside our control.

 

16. Third-Party Platforms

 

The membership uses a third-party platform, Kajabi, to provide courses, payments, community features, video hosting, email communication, or other functionality.

 

Your use of those services may also be subject to the applicable third party’s terms and policies.

 

17. Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Autism Consultant and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the membership or its materials.

 

You agree that you use the membership and its educational materials at your own discretion and risk.

 

18. No Professional Relationship

 

Participation in the membership does not automatically establish a therapist-client, doctor-patient, attorney-client, or other professional relationship between you and The Autism Consultant.

 

Any information provided through the membership should be considered general educational information rather than individualized professional treatment or advice.

 

 

19. Member Wins & Testimonials

 

By participating in the membership and sharing your experiences, wins, testimonials, emails, or feedback, you give The Autism Consultant permission to use and share your submitted content for educational and promotional purposes, including on social media. You understand that you should only share information you are comfortable having publicly shared.

 

20. Agreement to Terms

 

By purchasing or accessing The Autism Consultant Membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

 

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not purchase or access the membership.
